March 15, 2009 - Picture Day!
Today we had our pictures taken at Portrait Innovations. Awesome place and great prices. It was a little tricky at times trying to get both girls to smile but we...and the photographer, made it through. :) I wish you guys could have seen the scowls Meagan was making towards the end! It was obvious she was done.
Anyway, we had tons of pictures taken and of course all of you will get some. A few are uploaded above. Enjoy!

Happy Birthday Molly!
Tomorrow is picture day. We are going to Portrait Innovations which our friends say is awesome! We should have some great pictures of the girls and us as a family. I think they will actually be the first we've had as a family...
On the lifestyle change, it has been difficult to find time to work out this week. Work has been busy and like all the times before that alone seems to make a great excuse. So I have more than a little to make up for this weekend. We'll see how it goes...

Well it has been quite a while since we last updated our website. We hope the maintain this now on a regular basis. The girls are 16 months now and getting bigger everyday. We will be posting new pictures up soon. - Kevin

Finally! This morning I finally weighed in under 210! My official weight is 207.4lbs. 24.2 lbs since we started in Jan. In working through this and tracking my body fat, I am realizing that at least for me...the whole BMI thing is not too far off. I can still stand to lose another 10+ lbs!
